Job Responsibilities

1. independently develop and develop mechanical structure design to meet project requirements, including product shape design, structure design, test system structure design, various tooling and fixture design, etc., in accordance with project requirements;

2. weighing the design in terms of product producibility, cost and aesthetic value;

3. preparation of assembly process technology, BOM production and issuance, material specification production and issuance, and design change processing for mechanical structure systems;

4. familiar with precision machining manufacturers, communicate with parts outsourcing processing plants, solve process and quality problems arising from processing, and ensure delivery time;

5. Provide technical support for new products from design transfer to production process and mechanical related.

Job Qualifications

1. Master's degree in precision mechanics/mechanical integration/mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, etc;

2. proficiency in using Solidworks and Autocad for 3D modeling and engineering drafting;

3. a deep understanding and experience of for production and design principles;

4. Familiar with the characteristics and processing methods of common structural materials, such as sheet metal parts, die castings, cables, connectors, metal machined parts, etc.;

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with a team as well as independently. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the development, design and validation of the company's large-scale high-end medical imaging-related products;

2. Participate in the testing, transferring and process optimization of related products;

3. Mainly assist in the above related work for the electrical and electronic related parts of the products, including the design and verification of electrical and electronic hardware, embedded software, FPGA and test software, etc.

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the development, design and validation of the company's large-scale high-end medical imaging-related products;

2. mainly responsible for the above related work in the software/firmware related part of the product, including the embedded software of the control system, FPGA, upper client software, upper test software and other aspects of the design development and verification work;

3. Participate in writing functional specifications for software and firmware design and documentation for verification test specifications;

4. Participate in the testing, transferring and process optimization of related products.

Job Qualifications

3. familiar with C/C++, Java, Python and other programming languages; with Linux platform, SoC, embedded, FPGA and other related technologies, proficiency in any one of the above technologies is preferred;

4. Familiar with serial communication, JTAG, CAN, SPI, IIC and other interface drivers, familiar with real-time operating systems, multi-threaded programming, bootloader, with interface driver development or operating system development experience is preferred;

5. Familiarity with digital signal processing, image processing algorithms, deep learning algorithms is preferred;

Job Responsibilities

1. understand product features, functions, usage processes, performance and specifications, prepare test plans and test cases and build test platforms according to test requirements and test plans; 

2. Participate in the daily debugging, verification and testing of R&D, including but not limited to data acquisition, data analysis, functional verification, system and subsystem testing;  

3. solving image quality problems, optimizing image quality and completing image quality tests by working and communicating with other R&D engineers in hardware, software, mechanical, etc.;  

4. Write image quality specifications, develop image quality test methods, and design various models for image quality verification and system diagnostic testing;

5. participate in design evaluation and provide recommendations related to product quality and testability;  

6. Provide technical support to production.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in medical imaging, biomedical, software, electronics and other related fields;

2. familiarity with software, hardware and precision mechanics;

3. clear verbal communication skills and significant copy editing skills;

4. programming development experience in Visual C / C++ or C / C ++ under Linux, and scripting languages including Matlab, C shell, and source code version control tools preferred; 

5. Knowledge of technical English;

6. experience in testing medical products preferred;

6. Identify problems in the assembly process and propose improvement measures;

7. Improve the production assembly process, reduce production costs and improve product quality;

8. Reasonable arrangement of production stations and optimization of production line layout according to production requirements;

9. Development and optimization of standard working hours for each component assembly station and the whole machine;
